About Cara Alvey


Cara Alvey has been in the industry for 20 years. She is a native Phoenician, yet she has trained at the prestigious British/American Drama Academy at Oxford England, New Actor’s Workshop in NYC, Howard Fine in Los Angeles, Jean Fowler’s Coach Works, Scottsdale AZ, and HB Studio “Hagen Actor’s Lab” NYC. Cara is an award nominated actress/choreographer receiving a (Zoni ) for her choreography in “Peter Pan”, a (Scottie) for her role as Kitty in “Charlie’s Aunt”, and a (Prizm award) for her role as Susie in “Wait Until Dark”. Cara was seen recently i n Bestway, PetSmart & Walmart commercials, print ads, and voiceover radio spots. She has also done a national Subaru commercial. Film credits include “Pause” (14 official selections worldwide and 3-time winner of Best Short Film in 2018). In addition, Cara is also represented by Dani’s Agency.

Cara’s Students have booked with TNT’s Animal Kingdom, FX’s American Horror Story, Amazon, Cartoon Network, Disney, Nickelodeon’s Side Hustle and Danger Force, Lifetime Movie Network, Verizon, Peter Piper Pizza, Nike, BestWay Pools, Warner Bros., ID, Jake’s Unlimited, SRP commercials, Print, TV Pilots, Feature Films, Short Films, Regional Theater, and much more!
